Billing cycles renew automatically unless you cancel your subscription. Cancellation can be done at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial months, but you remain eligible to use the service through the end of your billing period.

LuminaNotes and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, AI models, and design) are owned by LuminaNotes AI, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to LuminaNotes (your "User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute your content solely to provide and improve our Service.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You use LuminaNotes at your own risk. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account if due to your negligence or unauthorized disclosure of credentials.

The total liability of LuminaNotes AI under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
LuminaNotes is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in content, including transcription or summary accuracy.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period, which is at least 30 days.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Your continued use of LuminaNotes after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in California.
